IMPORTANT CHANGES COMING TO JIRA CLOUD
On April 29th, Atlassian’s changed their APIs that store user information for GDPR compliance. For example, the username and userkey attributes will be replaced with a single accountId identifier attribute – users have the option to edit their profile and allow info to be shared. HOWEVER, these attributes may no longer be available for many users going forward. With that, here’s how to make modifications to your existing scripts.

You asked and we listened. Now all Issue History Collector (cloud) users can take advantage of the Total Time in Status panel showing the ticket duration. You can configure this panel and specify the SLA for your tickets. We will be adding more features in the near future. If you would like to request a feature – let us know!
QUICK SETUP FOR ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE FIELDS
Electronic Signature Fields app is now enriched with additional settings. You can now opt to check the case when users enter their credentials or lock signatures if a user has a number of failed login attempts.
SUPPORT ISSUE COLLECTOR IN SURVEYS
We have implemented an integration with another popular app – Issue History Collector – so that now you can use the Time in Status field in the survey reports and use it as a placeholder for your surveys.
